New house and Renovation land

Sanding the floors

LRoom after floors and walls redone.

Mustard B room Before, note Yellow tub and Toilet.

Floor finished in Kids B room (Oct)

4th Bedroom turned into our Bathroom ensuite and closet

4th room. Still in the works , it's painted now and waiting for tile.

4th room was re-insulated drywalled and shower added.

2 shower heads were put in and has a bench.We punched through the closet on the right to have a walk through from our room.

Not sure what to do with this one. I painted this for a friends Cafe , but they decided not to buy the Cafe. So it collects dust. It was fun to paint though.

Well I did decide on a Nikon camera. Good thing or else my Bro in law would have made me take the Canon back. That's all he buys. Anyway, LOVE it! I tried my telephoto lens for the first time today, wow I think I could see China through that lens cause it is long distance baby. So fun.

Being less dramatic

I am trying to stop and think before I act these days. What a concept. I used to work part time before baby # 3 came and I found I was yelling. I was sometimes a"yeller" when we were running late and the kids would take their time. My oldest child mothers her brothers, and I noticed that she was copying me, so I had to stop that behaviour in it's tracks. I am trying to focus more this year on , being positive, and not raising my voice. I am not a drama Queen and I also think that if you are a yeller then your kids tune you out after awhile. So when I do raise my voice a bit my kids know I mean business now. Or so I think. ha ha

The Book

Well the book finally came to my door. I am so excited to finally see it on paper. WOW!
"Will They Grow Back By Monday" by Josephine R Bay. Now to pound the pavement to get it out into the big planet.
